At DMStored, all services offered are digital business consulting sessions, delivered 100% online. No physical goods are shipped at any point.

This policy outlines how and when services are delivered in full compliance with Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy for digital services.

Nature of Delivery

All purchases on DMStored are for intangible digital services, including:

  • Strategy sessions

  • One-on-one virtual consultations

  • Digital follow-up summaries

Services are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or email depending on the session type.

Delivery Timeline

Once payment is confirmed via Stripe, you will receive a confirmation email within 15–30 minutes.
Within 1–3 business days, we will schedule and deliver your session or provide available time slots.
For urgent needs, priority scheduling can be requested depending on availability.

How You Receive Your Service

You will receive the following via email:

  • A confirmation of your order

  • A Zoom or Google Meet session link

  • An optional follow-up digital document, if included in your package

Make sure your email address is entered correctly when booking to prevent delivery issues.

No Physical Goods

DMStored provides 100% virtual services. We do not deliver or ship any physical item.
This distinction ensures compliance with Stripe’s digital service policies and prevents confusion about product delivery.

Didn’t Receive Your Booking Email?

If your confirmation or session details don’t arrive within 24 hours:

We will respond within 24 hours to assist and resolve the issue.

Final Note

By purchasing from DMStored, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital consulting service and that preparation for your session begins immediately after payment is confirmed.
