By booking services through www.dmstored.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Since all of our offerings are delivered digitally and begin preparation immediately upon booking, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Nature of Our Service

DMStored offers 100% digital business consulting services, including:

  • Strategy sessions
  • Expert digital guidance
  • Virtual follow-up summaries

These are custom, time-based services provided directly via email, Zoom, or other virtual platforms. As such, your payment confirms the initiation of service delivery, regardless of session date.

No Refunds for Digital Consulting Services

In accordance with Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy and digital commerce best practices, we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Missed or unused sessions due to client scheduling issues
  • Client dissatisfaction due to service expectations
  • Technical limitations on the client’s side (e.g., poor internet, device compatibility)
  • Partial attendance or incomplete use of a scheduled session

If Something Goes Wrong (Our Responsibility)

We stand by our service quality. If an issue occurs on our side, such as:

  • You did not receive your confirmation or session link
  • You received incorrect session details
  • Our system experienced a confirmed technical failure during delivery

👉 We will offer either:

  • A no-cost reschedule, or
  • A full replacement of the purchased session

You must notify us within 3 calendar days of purchase at support@dmstored.com, including your booking reference and a clear description of the issue.

Why Refunds Are Not Offered

As a consulting service provider, our preparation begins immediately after payment — including:

  • Reviewing your submitted info
  • Allocating consulting resources
  • Blocking time on our calendars
  • Structuring personalized strategies

Because of this instant service initiation and non-tangible nature of delivery, refunds are not possible once a booking is made.
