All services offered are digital business consulting sessions delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar virtual platforms. No physical items are shipped or exchanged.

Booking and Payment

All sessions are booked through our online platform and require upfront payment using Stripe.
Pricing follows a Pay What You Want model, starting at a minimum of $2.
Service details are clearly provided at the time of booking.

Delivery

You will receive an email with session confirmation and meeting details shortly after payment.
Typical delivery of sessions occurs within 1–3 business days, depending on availability and schedule.

No Reselling

All consulting content, session material, and communication are intended for the original client only.
Redistribution, resale, or reuse for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

All consulting provided is advisory in nature.
Juan Moran LLC and DMStored are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions taken as a result of consulting sessions.
